OUR WARRANTY

Buhler offers a full two (2) year warranty against defects in material and workmanship on all wood and wood veneer material. Warranties are subject to normal household use from the original manufacturer ship date.

To Make a Claim: Please contact the retailer where the product was purchased. Transportation to and from the retailer is the responsibility of the purchaser. If a product is found to be defective upon inspection by an authorized representative, the defective part will be repaired or replaced without charge. Warranty does not cover any damage or product failure due to transportation or misuse. Our warranty does not cover “deluxing” charges, such as labor to adjust doors, and touch-up finishes from rub marks, etc. This is typically the result of normal freight and handling, not applicable to factory defects.

Buhler uses fine quality Float Glass and mirrors in our furniture. Mirror scratches, small air bubbles, surface waviness or lightly pitted areas may occur naturally during glass manufacture and are not considered quality defects.

USE & CARE

Wood surfaces

In order to avoid damage to your new Buhler item, remove all liquid spills from furniture immediately.Avoid contact with sharp objects.
Because our products are treated with durable UV protectant and a Catalyzed topcoat, you only need to keep the dust off with a damp cloth and mild detergent or vinegar diluted in water. No household cleaners are needed to maintain our lustrous finishes.

To remove dust build-up, fingerprints, cooking fumes, smoke residue, etc., use a soft cloth dampened with warm water and a small amount of mild detergent or mild vinegar solution. Clean up spills with a soft dry cloth.Avoid the use of silicones and ammonia based products.Avoid excessive and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and extremes in temperature and humidity which can cause damage to both the finish and the wood itself.

Important: There is a slight chance that residue from the finishing process may have been trapped underneath your cabinet during shipping.
Every effort has been taken to reduce this occurrence, however, it is still important to inspect the underside of your cabinet prior to moving onto any finished surface ( ie.
carpet, vinyl, etc.).

Lay cabinet on its unfinished wooden back for inspection. If you discover any dark stain residue on the underside bottom edges, scrape with a dull knife and wipe off with a soft disposable cloth.

Glass surfaces

Important: All adjustable glass shelving should be removed from your cabinet prior to cleaning.Buhler will not be held responsible for breakage of shelves or contents if shelves are cleaned while inside your cabinet. Simply wipe glass surfaces clean using your favorite brand of glass cleaner and a soft
dry cloth.

Use good judgment – do not overload adjustable glass shelves.
Overloading can result in damage to your cabinet and its contents, or cause serious injury or death. Buhler will not be held responsible for any damage including, but not
limited to broken shelves, damage to cabinet or cabinet contents, or personal injury.
Maintained properly, your new Buhler piece will retain its finish and original new look for many years to come.
